<description>Hi, I tried emailing you, but it keeps coming back saying no known user. I hope its ok to post this here!

Good Afternoon,

My name is Tabitha and I can only say it was divine guidance that led me to your site. I&#039;ve enclosed a picture of myself, because I am still in shock and had no idea
there was a site out there for children who were born like me. When I was born my right arm was not there at all. My left hand is little with two infused (stuck together) fingers
and a baby thumb (as I call it). At 9 months old my right leg had to be amputated. NONE of this has ever stopped me from living life to the fullest.

I am a mother to a beautiful and healthy 13 year old daughter and married to a wonderful guy (for 12 years). Together we run A FiveOh4 Uplifting. A mission ran by my family and I for the sole purpose of &quot;Spreading Smiles Worldwide&quot; to all children and adults in need of an uplifting.

Through God Our Family Lovingly Create Goody Bags And &quot;Uplifting Mail&quot; For:
1. Patients (Children) in Hospitals that are dedicated to healing and nurturing Children with ALL Major Illnesses and ALL Disabilities
2. Children and Women living in the homeless shelters we&#039;ve teamed up with
3. Make A Child Smile&#039;s Monthly Featured Kids
4. Any child in need of an uplifting

I was reading through your site and came upon your volunteer section. I am NOT a mom with a disabled child, but I am indeed a woman living
with this disability that many children have. I would love to help in any way that I can.

Goody bags are my specialty, but I am indeed a great listener and encourager. In whatever way you can use me please feel free to do so.

Blessings From The Heart,
Tabitha and Family
