Abby is so beautiful! My daughter, Amelia, was born with ABS on her left hand. It is awesome to read someone else thoughts/feelings that were and still are mine. I was worried well what about when she gets married. I know things could be worse and I am just thankful to have her. Amelia is no doubt any different than anyone else and already truly amazing. Psalms 139 always finds me peace and I hope it will with her one day. Thanks for sharing your story.

God Bless,
Amber

Our granddaughter was born 7-11-11. Her name is Anna. She was born without her right hand. We were all so shocked. The ultrasound didn't catch it. Her bother whom is 16months was born with a cleft lip. They knew that a head of time to prepare themselves. His name is Chase. He has had his surgery and looks completely normal. My daughter and her husband has been devestated about Anna. She is perfect and beautiful in every other way. The doctor told her it was ABS but the next hand specialist said it was symbrachdactly. To see your daughter and others with ABS it looks exactly like Anna. She has a complete arm and forearm but only little nubs on the end of her wrist. There biggest worry is how she will get along with one hand. And for the fact of being stared at and teased in school. So many worries. Could you let me know how your daughter is doing in the future?
God bless you, Connie
